Terms & Conditions – Free Trial Version

Thank you for registering a free trial version of DENZO, an innovative and intuitive Dental Clinic Practice Management software, which is a top quality software product from TransInno Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Please read this Terms and Conditions carefully before start using your DENZO free trial version.

By using the free trial version of DENZO software application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement

1. Definitions

a) "Company" means TransInno Solutions Pvt. Ltd., who designed, developed and deployed the dental clinic practice management software DENZO.

b) "User" means the person, usually a Dentist or owner of a dental clinic, who will be using free trial version of DENZO software.

c) "Application" means the dental clinic practice management software DENZO.

2. Free Trial Licence Agreement

2.1. All free trial agreements of DENZO are accepted subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use. No terms or conditions put forward by User and no representations, warranties, guarantees or other statements not contained in this Agreement nor otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Company shall be binding on the Company.

2.2. The Agreement shall become effective upon the date of registration for free trial of DENZO by the User.

2.3. This free trial is valid for 30 days from the date of registration by the User.

2.4.The Company grants the User a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited free trial license to access and use the Application DENZO solely for User’s personal, clinic management purposes strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Terms and Conditions.

2.5. This free trial version of DENZO is for the sole use of the User who registered for the free trial through DENZO website and the user credentials provided to the User shall not transfer to any third party (to other person, firm or business) for their use.

2.6. This free trial licence shall be used only for one clinic. Sharing the application with other clinics of the same owner is also prohibited.

2.7. The User shall not use this free trial licence for any other commercial purposes, other than the intended free trial use of dental clinic practice management or re-sale or sharing of this application to a third party in any circumstances.

3. Cloud Services and Data Security

DENZO is a Cloud based application and presently hosted in a third party Cloud Servers of Amazon Web Services Inc. (AWS), which is one of the best Cloud services available in the world. The security of your private or clinical or patient’s data is ensured by the Cloud Service Provider AWS.

The Company do not access or store or secure your data in Company’s servers or do not perform data backups to the Company servers or security checks of your data stored in AWS servers. It is User’s responsibility to keep the Admin and other passwords of DENZO safely and securely to access your data stored in AWS servers.

4. Restrictions

The User agree not to, and will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.

5. Remote Online Support

The Company may provide remote online support for the free trial version of DENZO software to the User as and when required or requested by the User. This free of cost support shall be based on the sole discretion of the Company.

This online support may include various online means of communication such as email, telephone, social media, online web chat through DENZO website etc. The Company may try to accommodate the User’s preference on the online support media, however, the Company reserve the sole right to select the media and means of communication.

However, please note that the free trial subscription does not include any onsite support for DENZO software or training for the Doctors or Clinic staff.

6. Terms and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of 30 days from the registration date of the User for the free trial version.

The Company may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate the User access to the trial version of DENZO with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from the Company, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

7. User's Data after Trial Period

Upon completion of the free trial period of 30 days, all User data and its customer’s data (patients’ data) shall be automatically deleted from the Company Cloud servers.

However, if the User subscribe for DENZO license within the free trial period, the complete User data will be available in DENZO for further usage.
