This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your personal information in relation to AWS web server and thrid party services like whatsapp and SMS.

1. Definitions

a) "Company" means TransInno Solutions Pvt. Ltd., who designed, developed and deployed the dental clinic practice management software DENZO.

b) "User" means the person, usually a Dentist or owner of a dental clinic, who will be using DENZO software.

c) "Application" means the dental clinic practice management software DENZO which includes third party services like whatsapp and SMS.

2. Private data policy with respect to clinic information

2.1. Data storage DENZO is a Cloud based application and presently hosted in a third party Cloud Servers of Amazon Web Services Inc. (AWS), which is one of the best Cloud services available in the world. The security of your private or clinical or patient’s data is ensured by the Cloud Service Provider AWS.

2.2. Data Backup The Company do not access or store or secure your data in Company’s servers or do not perform data backups to the Company servers.

2.3. Data deletion by user The user can at any time, delete their private information using the client side application during the subscription is active. The data deleted will be permanantly removed from the server.

2.4. Data deletion request If subscription is expired, and user thinks there are some private information pending on the site, user may request the deletion of your private data at any time by contacting support@transinnosolutions.com. Company will delete those and confirm the action within 30 days of requst.

3. Private data policy with respect SMS Communication Services

3.1. Service To provide our SMS notification services, we partner with third-party communication platform provider(Variform Technology Solutions (I) Pvt Ltd).

3.2. What we share We provide these partner with the recipient's phone number and the message content (which may include templates containing client-specific information).

3.3. Where it is stored These templates and related data are stored on secure servers managed by our SMS Provider.

3.4. Purpose This data is shared solely to facilitate the delivery of SMS communications requested through our SaaS platform.

3.5. Protection Our SMS Providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and are prohibited from using your personal information for their own marketing purposes or sharing it with any unauthorized fourth parties.

3.6. Data Retention and Deletion We retain communication logs only as long as necessary to provide our service or as required by medical record-keeping regulations. You may request the deletion of your SMS integration and associated metadata at any time by contacting support@transinnosolutions.com.

4. Private data policy with respect to WhatsApp Business API & Communication Services

4.1. Information We Collect to enable WhatsApp communication services for your dental practice, Denzo collects and processes: Business Profile Data: Name, address, and phone numbers associated with your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). Message Metadata: Timestamps, delivery status, and read receipts for patient communications. Template Content: Text and media used for patient reminders and notifications.

4.2. How We Use This Information We act as a Technical Service Provider to: Facilitate the Embedded Signup process between your Facebook Business Manager and WhatsApp. Send and receive messages on your behalf via the WhatsApp Cloud API. Synchronize patient communication history with your Denzo patient records.

4.3. Data Sharing and Meta Platforms To provide this service, certain data is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. through their API. This data is subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. Denzo does not sell your patient communication data to third parties.

4.4. Data Retention and Deletion We retain communication logs only as long as necessary to provide our service or as required by medical record-keeping regulations. You may request the deletion of your WhatsApp integration and associated metadata at any time by contacting support@transinnosolutions.com.
